II.4 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, VisualSiteGrid transfers ownership of all final deliverables to the client. VisualSiteGrid retains the right to display completed work in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

II.5 Limitation of Liability. VisualSiteGrid's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under the applicable project agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service delivery.

II.6 Termination. Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced proportionally. Prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded within thirty (30) days.

IV.2 Milestone-Based Refunds. For projects structured around milestones, refunds are calculated based on the proportion of work completed. Prepaid amounts for undelivered milestones will be returned within thirty (30) days of the refund request.

IV.3 Non-Refundable Items. Custom design work, domain registration fees, third-party software licenses, and hosting subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable once incurred.

IV.4 Dispute Resolution. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. VisualSiteGrid will respond within five (5) business days. Disputes not resolved amicably may be submitted to the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.

IV.5 Service Dissatisfaction. If delivered work materially deviates from the agreed specifications, VisualSiteGrid will, at its discretion, rectify the work at no additional charge or issue a partial refund proportional to the deviation.
